CASA is seeking compassionate volunteers to advocate for children in Harford County who are in foster care because they have experienced abuse or neglect. As a CASA volunteer, you can be a consistent, caring presence and help ensure each child’s voice is heard in court.

Hundreds of children in Harford County enter foster care each year. Whether you're just curious or ready to take the next step, this is a great opportunity to connect, ask questions, and learn how you can become a voice for a child in our community.
