2026 Annual Pinwheel Garden Planting

We had a wonderful show of support at our annual Pinwheel Planting Ceremony recognizing Child Abuse Prevention Month. Thank you to everyone who came out to help plant pinwheels in front of the Circuit Courthouse, the Sheriff’s Office, and along Main Street in Bel Air. Your presence and participation help bring awareness and hope to children and families in our community.



Thank you to the Court staff, Sheriff Deputies, Bel Air Police Dept, CASA Volunteers, Child Advocacy Center, DSS Social Workers, County Council and all other community members who were there.
