CASA Board of Directors

 

The purpose of the CASA Board of Directors is to aid and support CASA of Harford County in efforts to advocate for abused and neglected children and to help educate the community regarding its responsibility for the vulnerable children involved in the court process. The board is responsible for approving any changes to the overall mission and for fiduciary and legal governance. Oversight and governance lies with the Board with the day-to-day management operations lying with the Executive Director. Members will be recruited for their demonstrated commitment to the values and mission of the organization.  The board will consist of members with a variety of skill sets, diversity of background, race and life experiences, and a commitment to the Agency’s mission.
